"Best steak frites I've had outside of France. The room is tiny and that's exactly the point."

"The tarte tatin alone is worth the reservation wait. Order it before you sit down."

Our Philosophy
chef at the pass

We opened Vistatekk Bistro with one rule: nothing on the menu gets written before we know what's good at the market that week. It means the menu changes more than most, and it means what lands on your plate was picked, not planned around.

Thirty-four seats keeps the room honest. Everyone eats within a few feet of the kitchen, which keeps us honest too — there's nowhere to hide a bad plate. We'd rather do fewer things well than pad a menu with filler.
